We’re so proud to share that Crisis Text Line will be featured in Thankmas 2024, the world’s largest livestream fundraiser, created by YouTube star Sean “Jacksepticeye” McLoughlin. The goal is to help fundraise $6 million to bring awareness and assistance to those in need of mental health resources and support during the holidays.
We’d love to have you tune in with us on Friday, December 6th for the live broadcast – this is an exciting opportunity to be a part of something truly inspiring and impactful with your fellow volunteers and members of the Crisis Text Line team, all from the comfort of your living room! Throughout the livestream you’ll see Crisis Text Line featured, our CEO (Dena Trujillo) will speak, volunteer stories will be shared, and of course, “Jacksepticeye” himself will be up to his usual antics, games and celebrity guest features!
Outside of showing up and cheering each other on directly in the livestream chat on the day of the event, we’ll also set up a discussion thread right here in our community as we watch together — to join our discussion throughout the livestream, RSVP here!
Things to note:
- The show begins at 12 PM PT / 3 PM ET, but Crisis Text Line will be featured in the later portion of the show (5-8 PM PT / 8-11 PM ET).
- We are one of two non-profits being featured this year and are excited to be in good company with our friends at Samaritans.
