Hi there, Community! đź‘‹ We wanted to share information about our tagging system since we have so many new faces here! Tags are those little labels you add to your posts that make a big difference in how people find, join, and enjoy your content.
🏷️ If you don’t know what a tag is…
Tags are short keywords or phrases that describe what your post is about. Think of them like signposts: they help others know what to expect and allow them to search or filter posts more easily.Â
When you start a new discussion or question, you’ll see a tag space. As you type, any existing tags will display for you to select. You can only select from existing tags.
When a specific tag is used often, it gets highlighted in Popular Tags (pop over to our homepage to check out an example of this, and below is a screenshot!)
Tagging keeps our Community organized, contextual, and relevant. Folks will be able to explore posts based on specific content by selecting from the list of tags. We’ve also recently expanded our tag list, so you may see several new options to pick from next time you post! 🎉

It’s a small thing that helps build a smarter, more connected community! ♥️Let us know if you have any questions. Happy posting!Â
