National Volunteer Appreciation Month is a dedicated time to celebrate and recognize all of the amazing work volunteers do around the world and the impact volunteerism has in our society and the lives of individuals.
Crisis Text Line is proud to have a community of volunteers (all of you!) who are passionate and dedicated to impacting the lives of people who are in their most vulnerable moments. We know your impact extends outside of just helping someone at the other end of a text message. We know that it has also empowered you to be committed to peopleâs mental wellbeing beyond Crisis Text Line by increasing your own mental health and resilience, which has enabled you to make a difference in your own communities.
For these reasons and much more, we want to thank our community of volunteers! Your energizing passion and team spirited attitude makes this community one where everyone feels welcomed. Each of you inspire us day in and day out â this is why we are celebrating you all month long!
