These positions provide a flexible employment opportunity to step into a supervisory capacity on the platform by supporting volunteers as they take conversations with texters and ensuring coverage during high-need periods. This role is ideal for volunteers interested in expanding their leadership experience, applying their crisis counseling skills in a supervisory context, and continuing to support our mission with added responsibility of the entirety of the supervisor role on a flexible schedule.
