Hello hello Community! We have another fun badge update for you all – we’re excited to introduce the First Hello badge and the New Grad Navigator badge! Badges are a fun way to recognize participation, contributions, and milestones within our volunteer community. It’s our small thank you to celebrate members for sharing experiences, supporting others, and staying engaged. 

The First Hello badge will be awarded to individuals who have taken the time to introduce themselves on our Introduce Yourself thread. If you’ve already introduced yourself, you will receive the First Hello badge on your profile soon! 

If you’ve already shared your first-shift or new grad experience on our new grads designated post: 💙 NEW GRADS -- First Shift Reflections + Prepping for a First Shift! – you will also be awarded the New Grad Navigator badge to your profile soon.
