Debrief Group

This is a welcoming space for all volunteers to get support from each other about difficult conversations with texters. Use this space to share your feelings, reactions, and thoughts to conversations only. Friendly reminder: all conversation and texter details should remain private and on the Platform at all times — while we encourage you to debrief together, this group is not intended to be used for emotional support or sharing triggering experiences unrelated, or outside of, conversations you’ve had as a volunteer at Crisis Text Line.

*Please note: Volunteers need to request to join the Debrief Group. The group is not monitored by staff on weekends, so approval requests will be processed the following Monday.
